Shipping and Delivery
Orders of the Half Pallet and/or Full Pallet require truck deliveries. If you order online, you will not be charged a shipping and handling fee. Instead, we will call or email you with a freight quote and bill your card the actual amount after we confirm the delivery charge with you.
Fluid Environmental Services, Inc uses FedEx ground service for our regular shipments. We are located in Illinois, and this central location is within 2 to 4 shipping days of the 48 contiguous states. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing.

Singerman Laboratories Rust Stain Remover for Concrete is the most effective cleaner in the marketplace for removing rust stains from concrete and natural stone. It is supplied as a white powder which is mixed with water just before application, forming a clear gel. The rust stain remover is spread on the surface and left for one to fifteen minutes, depending on the severity of the stain; the stain disappears without scrubbing. Rinse thoroughly to prevent redeposition of the stain. Will not harm grass or other vegetation.
After mixing with water, one gallon of gel will cover about 60 square feet of concrete or stone surface. It should be used as soon as possible after mixing with water; after four hours, it will be no more than half as effective as when fresh; it will be ineffective after standing overnight.
Singerman Laboratories Rust Stain Remover for Concrete is neither toxic nor corrosive. It will not harm concrete or stone surfaces. Singerman Laboratories Rust Stain Remover for Concrete , a proprietary mixture, is non-flammable according to the Code of Federal Regulations of the Department of Transportation. It is non-hazardous as defined by the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, and thus does not require a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). However, Singerman Laboratories does provide an MSDS sheet to help our customers exercise prudent care when handling this product. We urge you to read the MSDS before using this product.
One word of caution: Wear old clothes when using Singerman Laboratories Rust Stain Remover for Concrete. Splashed on clothing, it will bleach color out of most fabrics. In fact, this product will do an excellent job of removing the rust stain from a white shirt or a white tablecloth. Use only on white, water-washable fabrics.
